4. Bookings and enquiries

Reservations are accepted for dining from 4:00 pm onwards. When you submit a reservation request, the information is used to check availability, contact you and manage your visit.

Submitting a reservation request does not automatically confirm a table. A reservation is confirmed only after the Dhöm Bistro team contacts you.

Breakfast, brunch and daytime dining before 4:00 pm operate on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Who we may share information with

We only share personal information where reasonably necessary. This may include:

  • Website hosting, email, security and technical service providers.
  • Form or reservation technology providers used by the website.
  • Professional advisers such as accountants, insurers or legal advisers.

  • Financial, tax and transaction records are retained for the period required by law, which may be up to six years.
